Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
Because every custom and made-to-order piece is printed specifically for you — in your chosen colours — we can't accept change-of-mind returns on these items. Please double-check your colour selections before placing your order.
Damaged on Arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost to you. Just email us at hello@issy3d.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. We'll sort it out quickly.
Mystery Bags
Mystery bag and mystery box contents cannot be exchanged or returned — the mystery is part of the deal! If your bag arrives damaged or empty, that's a different story — contact us and we'll make it right.
In-Stock Items
For in-stock items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
